This Professional Development for ERG event is to serve Asian American leaders and align with Asian ERGs to support NAAAP’s mission, Build Leader.
Our 2021 mission is to build stronger communities within NAAAP and the Asian community to shift the Asian American landscape.

Jim Lee’s leadership experience emerged from traditional large corporate top down management. During his 11 years working for several Fortune 10 telecommunications companies, he strove to bring out the best in his teams through empowerment and organizational health. Currently, Jim enjoys multiplying positive team culture and changing the way people lead using B-SPOKE as a platform for leadership transformation.

Abraham is currently CEO of Gin Consulting Group serving his clients Business Strategy, Culture, Leadership, and Digital Marketing & Co-founder of B-SPOKE. He is also a GiANT TV Speaker and Consultant at GiANT Worldwide, a global leadership firm. His vast experience has led him to coach and train leaders from companies like Google, Tesla, T-Mobile, and many others.
