About our Speaker:
Quang Luu is the Vice President of Operations for Scholastic, Inc. – Scholastic Book Fairs. Quang’s extensive experience includes operations, loss prevention and safety in global supply chain, logistics, retail stores sales and operations. He previously worked for Esprit as their Director of Operations, North America. In this role, he provided leadership for new store development, store operations, financial reporting and loss prevention. Prior to that, he was the Director, Liaison, Special Projects and Operations for Gap Inc.; and provided leadership for global supply chain and Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy store initiatives. He has also held district and regional leadership positions with Target and Wal-Mart stores, both in logistics and stores.
When not at work, Quang coaches and trains in mixed martial-arts (MMA), Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and boxing. While he challenges himself by training professionally, he empowers others with self-confidence through martial-arts and fitness.
